Whisky Sour

Ingredients:

• 45ml (1.5 measures) Scotch whisky

• 30ml (1 measure) lemon juice

• 15ml (1/2 measure) sugar syrup

• Ice

Method:

• Combine ice, whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake well.

• Strain into a tumbler.
