Ingredients:
60ml (2 measures) gin
30ml (1 measure) lemon juice
15ml (1/2 measure) sugar syrup
Soda water
Ice
Method:
Combine gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup & ice in a highball glass. Stir well to combine.
Top with soda water.
