Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 cup
mayonnaise. 1 x 250g
packet of cream cheese. 1 cup of sour
cream. 1/2 x packet of
French onion soup mix OR leek soup mix. 1 x 250g pack
of frozen spinach. 1 x
bunch of chopped shallots. Salt & pepper
to taste.
Method:

Thaw the
spinach & remove excess water. This is
important or your dip will be watery.

Combine
all the dip ingredients in a large bowl.

Spinach
dip can be served either warm or cold.
Microwave for approximately 2 minutes to
warm.
Serve with:
-
Bread
chunks.
-
Cheese
biscuits.
-
Corn
chips.
-
Raw
vegetables.
