Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
-
8 x large
free range eggs.
-
80ml
milk.
-
Dollop of
butter.
-
Salt &
pepper to taste.
Method:
-
Add
dollop of butter to a non stick frying pan &
melt under a medium heat.
-
Break
eggs & milk into a large bowl & whisk until
frothy.
-
Add the
eggs to the pan & cook over a medium heat.
When the eggs begin to firm up, using a
spatula, push the mixture towards the centre
of the pan. Keep doing this until the eggs
are cooked.
-
Serve
with buttered toast.
