Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 8 x large free range eggs.
  • 80ml milk.
  • Dollop of butter.
  • Salt & pepper to taste.

Method:

  • Add dollop of butter to a non stick frying pan & melt under a medium heat.
  • Break eggs & milk into a large bowl & whisk until frothy.
  • Add the eggs to the pan & cook over a medium heat. When the eggs begin to firm up, using a spatula, push the mixture towards the centre of the pan. Keep doing this until the eggs are cooked.
  • Serve with buttered toast.
