Saffron Rice
Ingredients:

2 cups of basmati rice
-
4 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
-
2 cups of water
-
4 threads of saffron or ¼ teaspoon saffron
powder
Method:
-
Rinse rice thoroughly under cold water until
water runs clear.

Add stock, water and saffron to a pan, bring
to the boil.
-
Add rice.
-
Bring to boil & then reduce heat, cover &
simmer for 15-20 minutes.
