Roast Pumpkin Seeds

When cooking with pumpkin, don't throw away the
seeds. They make a tasty, healthy & inexpensive
snack.
Ingredients:

Pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons cooking oil
-
Salt
Method:

Preheat oven to 140˚C.

Place seeds into a colander, wash well
ensuring all pulp & stringy bits are
removed.

Pat dry & place into a small bowl.
-
Add the oil, making sure all seeds are well
coated.
-
Place seeds on tray, sprinkle lightly with
salt & roast for 25-35 minutes or until
golden. Stir occasionally.
