How do I know when the chicken is properly
cooked?
Chicken is cooked when the internal temperature
of the thickest part of the thigh reaches a
minimum of 180°C. You can also stick a fork into
the thickest part of the chicken. The juices
that come out should be clear and no part of the
meat should be pink.
