Ingredients:

1 cup of thick, plain yoghurt.
1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, seeds removed & grated.
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
1/2 teaspoon cumin.
1/4 cup of mint leaves, finely chopped.
Salt & pepper (to taste)

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl & mix well.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
  • Cover & refrigerate.
