Peppermint Creams
Ingredients:
Method:

Place egg white in a bowl & beat lightly.

Add the lemon juice.

Slowly add the icing sugar, mixing until you
have a dough consistency.

Add peppermint essence & food colouring.
-
Dust a work surface with a little icing
sugar & roll out dough.

Cut into shapes.
-
Lay out to dry on sheets of baking paper.
Notes:
-
After cutting out, but while
the dough is still soft, you can add
decorations to the sweets.
-
Once dried, you can dip one
half of the sweets in melted chocolate.
