Parsley Sauce
Ingredients:
30g butter
1/4 cup plain
flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup grated
cheddar cheese
1/3 cup fresh
parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mild
mustard
Method:

Melt butter in
a saucepan, add flour & cook, stirring until
it bubbles.

Gradually stir in the milk, cook, stirring until
sauce boils and thickens.

Stir
in cheese & cook over a low heat until it melts.

Remove
from heat, stir in mustard and parsley.
