Omelette

Ingredients:

2 eggs
-
1 tablespoon butter
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:

Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium
heat. Making sure the melted butter is
evenly distributed over the pan.

Break the eggs into a bowl, season with salt
& pepper & whisk well.

Pour eggs into the frying pan. Using a
spatula, push in the edges of the egg into
the centre, allowing the raw eggs to flow to
the base of the frying pan.

Continue to cook until the omelette is set.
This should take around 3 to 4 minutes.

Flip one side of the omelette over the other
half.

Serve immediately.
