Sauteed
Mushrooms

Ingredients:
500g medium
sized mushrooms. 30g butter or 2-3
tablespoons olive oil. 1-2 cloves of
garlic (optional). Salt & pepper
to taste.
Method:
-
Peel the
mushrooms, remove the stalk & thinly slice.

Place the
butter or olive oil in a frying pan over a
medium to high heat.

Add the
mushrooms & cook, stirring until browned &
softened (around 5 minutes).

Add garlic
(optional),
salt & pepper. Continue stirring until
cooked.
