Mushroom sauce
Ingredients:

250g button mushrooms, sliced.

2 cloves of garlic, crushed.

1 medium brown onion, finely diced.

300ml pouring cream.

¼ cup of dry white wine.

1 tablespoon corn flour.

1 tablespoon butter.

Salt & pepper to taste.
Method:

Heat butter over a medium in a frying pan &
add onion, cook until translucent.

Add mushrooms & garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes.

Add wine & cream.
-
Mix corn flour in with 1 tablespoon of water
& mix well. Add to sauce.

Bring to boil, then reduce heat & simmer
until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt & pepper.
