Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 400g cans of diced Italian tomatoes.

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.

  • 4-6 basil leaves, chopped.

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil.

  • Salt & pepper to taste.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat & add the garlic. Stir for 3 minutes.

  • Add remaining ingredients & bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
