Marie Rose Sauce

Also known as prawn cocktail sauce or Thousand Island dressing, this sauce is the perfect accompaniment to prawns (shrimp).

Ingredients:

300ml good quality mayonnaise.
75ml tomato ketchup.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce.
Salt & pepper to taste.
