Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

15ml (1/2 fl. oz) vodka
15ml (1/2 fl. oz) light rum
15ml (1/2 fl. oz) gin
15ml (1/2 fl. oz) Cointreau or triple sec
15ml (1/2 fl. oz) tequila
30ml (1 fl. oz) sugar syrup
25ml  (0.8 fl. oz) lemon juice
Dash of cola
Crushed ice
Lemon slice garnish

Method:

• Place ice, vodka, rum, gin, Cointreau & tequila in a highball glass.

• Top with cola & lemon juice.

• Serve immediately.
