Hummus

Ingredients:
400g can
chickpeas, drained and rinsed.
1 clove garlic,
peeled.
40ml (2
tablespoons) lemon juice.
40ml (2
tablespoons)
tahini*
2 tablespoons
olive oil.
2 tablespoons
water.
1 teaspoon ground
cumin.
Salt & pepper (to
taste).

Tahini can be
either purchased from a Middle Eastern food
store or prepared at home.
