  • Once cooked, plunge the boiled eggs immediately into cold water (iced water is even better). This will halt the cooking process & cause the egg to shrink slightly, making it easier to peel. 

  • Once cool enough to handle, gently roll the egg back & fourth to crack the shell all over.

  • Hold the egg under cold, running water & gently peel away the shell.

Notes:

  • Fresh eggs are harder to peel than older eggs.
