How to Cook
Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
Boiling corn on the cob:
- Peel the husk & silk off the corn
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
There should be enough water in the pot to
cover the corn.
- Add corn to boiling water & cover.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve with butter, salt & pepper.
BBQ/Grilled corn on the cob (husk on):
- Fill a large pan or bowl with water. Add
the corn (husks should remain intact), and
completely submerge for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile start up your BBQ & set to a
medium/high heat.
- Remove the corn from the water & shake
off the excess water.
- Carefully pull back the husks (but don't
pull off) & remove the silk. Brush corn with
a little olive oil.
- Pull the husks back over the corn. Place
on BBQ & cook for 20-30 minutes, until
tender.
- Serve with butter, salt & pepper.
BBQ/Brilled corn on the cob (husk off):
- Pre-heat BBQ to medium/high.
- Remove husk & silks from corn.
- Brush with a little olive oil.
- BBQ for approximately 10 minutes.
- Serve with butter, salt & pepper.
