Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients:
4 x boneless chicken breasts*
Honey Mustard
Marinade:
1/2
cup of honey
1 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon or wholegrain mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:

Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well.

Add chicken fillets to a baking dish and
coat with the honey/mustard marinade. Cover
and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Preheat a
BBQ or grill on medium/high.

BBQ or
grill the chicken until cooked through,
turning occasionally. To check if it's
cooked, pierce the fattest part of the
breast with a skewer, if the juices run
clear, the chicken is cooked.
Serve with salad
or steamed vegetables and mashed potato or rice.
Notes:
* You can
also replace the chicken breasts for chicken
legs.
