Herb Butter

Ingredients:
125g unsalted butter, softened.
2 tablespoons
of fresh herbs*
1/4 teaspoon garlic
(optional)
Salt & pepper to taste.
Method:
In a mixing bowl, mix together ingredients
until well blended.
Place butter on a piece of baking paper &
form a log.
Roll baking paper around butter log.
Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready
to use.
* Your own
favourite herbs can be used. These could include
basil, thyme, chives, oregano etc.
