Grilled zucchini
Ingredients:
4-6 medium sized zucchini.
1/2
cup olive oil. 1-2 cloves of garlic, peeled & cut in half.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Method:

Wash zucchini, cut in half, lengthways.

Rub garlic over both sides of the eggplant
slices, brush with olive oil & season well.

Grill for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning
once.
