Garlic
Potatoes
Ingredients:
Method:

Preheat
oven to 220°C.

Peel
potatoes & cut into quarters. *

Place
potatoes into a pan of cold water, add 1/2
teaspoon salt & bring to the boil. Reduce
heat & simmer until just tender
(approximately 15 minutes).

Drain &
then place in an oiled baking dish with
garlic. Season with salt & pepper.

Roast,
uncovered for around 45 minutes, until
potato is brown & crisp.

Remove
from oven, squeeze 3 or 4 of the garlic
cloves over the potatoes. Shake well to
combine.
Notes:
* Potatoes
can be left with skins on if preferred. Just
wash well prior to cutting into quarters.
