Garlic Paste

Ingredients:

4-5 cloves of garlic.
Pinch of salt (preferably rock salt).

Tools:

Chopping board.
Heavy bladed knife.

Method:

  • Peel the garlic & finely chop.

  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the garlic & with the flat side of the knife, drag it over the garlic until it forms a paste.

Uses:

  • Sauces.

  • Marinades.

  • Butters.
