Garlic
Mushrooms

Ingredients:
500g button
mushrooms. 30g butter or
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. 4 cloves of
garlic, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon
parsley. Salt & pepper
to taste.
Method:

Peel the
mushrooms, remove the stalk & thinly slice.

Place the
butter or olive oil in a frying pan over a
medium to high heat.

Add the
mushrooms & cook, stirring until browned &
softened (around 5 minutes).

Add garlic,
salt & pepper. Continue stirring until
cooked.

Remove from
heat & serve. Garnish with parsley.
