Garlic Butter

garlic butter

Ingredients:

125g unsalted butter, softened.
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced.
1/4 cup of parsley.
Salt & pepper to taste.

Method:

  • Peel & mince the garlic. Add a small pinch of rock salt to the minced garlic. With a heavy bladed knife, drag it across the mixture to make a garlic paste.

  • Add garlic paste and butter to a mixing bowl. Season to taste. Mix well.

  • Place butter on a piece of baking paper & form a log.

  • Roll baking paper around butter log.

  • Store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.
