Garlic broccoli
Ingredients:
750g broccoli (cut into florets)
4-5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:

Bring a small amount of salted water to the
boil in a saucepan. Add the broccoli
florets, cover & cook for 5 minutes until
just tender. Drain.

Add olive oil to a fry pan & heat over a
medium heat. Add broccoli & garlic & cook
for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.

Serve immediately.
