Fried Bread
Fried bread is commonly served up
with an English breakfast and as the name would
suggest, it is bread that has been fried either
in cooking oil or the fat from the pan used to
cook bacon & or sausages.
Ingredients:
1-2 slices of white bread (per person) Cooking oil
Method:
-
Over a
medium/high heat, add enough cooking oil to
cover the base of the pan.

When the
oil becomes shimmery gently add the bread.
Cook on each side for approximately 1-2
minutes, until golden.

Serve
immediately.
