Dirty Martini

Ingredients:

60ml (2oz) vodka or gin
10ml (1/4oz) dry vermouth
10ml (1/4 oz) olive brine (juice)
Ice

Method:

• Combine vodka or gin, dry vermouth & olive brine into a cocktail shaker half filled with cracked ice. Shake well.

• Strain into a martini glass.

• Serve immediately.
