Curried Eggs

Ingredients:
6 eggs.
50ml (1/6th)
cup of mayonnaise.
1 teaspoon
curry powder.
Salt & pepper
to taste.
Method:

Hard boil
eggs (see here for instructions on
how to boil eggs).

Once cooked, plunge the boiled eggs
immediately into cold water (iced water is even better). Once the eggs are
cool enough to handle, peel (see here for
instructions on
how to peel eggs).

Halve the
eggs, lengthways and carefully scoop out the
yolk. Set aside the egg whites.

In a bowl, mix
together yolk, mayonnaise & curry powder
until they are smooth. Season to taste.

Spoon or pipe
the egg yolk mixture back into the egg white
holes.
