Crab Dip
Recipe 1
Ingredients:
200g softened cream cheese
1/2 small red or white onion, finely chopped
200g crab meat
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
Method:

Mix together all ingredients.

Serve with crusty bread or crackers.

Ingredients:

(125g) carton of sour cream
200g softened cream cheese
250g tinned crab
1/4 cup of sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup of spring onions, chopped.
Salt & pepper to taste

Both of these
recipes can be served warm or cold. If serving
warm, cook in a pre-heated oven at 150C for 20
minutes.
