Chocolate Chip
Cookies
Ingredients:
- 115g
unsalted butter, softened
- 50g
granulated sugar
- 70g brown
sugar
- 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
- 1
egg, lightly beaten
- 160g plain
flour
- 1/4 tsp
bicarbonate of soda
- 100g
chocolate, cut into chunks or chocolate
chips
Signs of white
fly:

Preheat oven
to 180°C.

Grease & line
two baking trays.

Cream together
butter & sugar until pale.

Gradually add
the egg, followed by the vanilla.

Combine flour
& bicarbonate of soda. Sift into the
mixture.

Add the
chocolate chips & mix together until it
forms a soft dough.

Add
tablespoons of dough to the baking trays.
They should be spaced well apart.

Bake for
approximately 10 minutes.

Set aside on a
wire rack to cool.
