Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 125g cold unsalted butter, chopped

  • 125g brown sugar

  • 100ml thin cream 

Method:

  • Over a low heat, melt together the butter & sugar.

  • Once dissolved, increase the heat & bring the mixture to the boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 5 minutes, until sauce thickens.

  • Stir in cream.
