Caipiroska

Ingredients:

1/2 lime, cut into wedges
2oz (60ml) vodka
2 teaspoons of caster sugar
Crushed ice

Method:  

• Cut up lime into 8 wedges and using a pestle & mortar or muddler, crush with sugar.

• Place lime wedges in an 8oz glass.

• Add crushed ice.

• Pour in vodka.
