Blue Cheese & Walnut Butter

Ingredients:

  • 75g blue cheese (I find the crumbly varieties best for this recipe)
    100g butter, softened
    Small handful of chopped walnuts

Method:

  • Combine ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Refrigerate until ready to use.

Serve with:
