Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

2 oz (60ml)  vodka

4 oz (120ml) tomato juice

1/2oz (15ml) lemon juice

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2-3 drops Tabasco sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Celery stalk for garnish

Method:

• Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well.

• Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.
