Balsamic Vinaigrette
Balsamic vinaigrette
2/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar Salt &
pepper to taste
Method:

Place
ingredients in a bottle & shake vigorously
or if you prefer a creamier consistency,
place ingredients in a blender to mix.

Adding a
teaspoon of mustard can help the vinaigrette
to emulsify, which helps prevent the oil &
vinegar from separating. Other ingredients
commonly added include lemon & finely minced
garlic (2-3 cloves).

Season to
taste.
