Balsamic
Onions
Ingredients:
4 medium
sized red onions. 1/2 cup olive
oil. 4 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon
brown sugar.
Method:

Peel onion,
cut in half & slice thickly.

Heat oil over
a medium heat, add onions & cook for
approximately 10-15 minutes until they
become translucent.

Add the
balsamic vinegar and sugar. Stir in well.

Continue to
cook a further 10 minutes until the sauce
thickens.
