Baked Ham

Ingredients:
1 x 3-4kg
cooked leg ham with the bone in.
1/2 cup
orange marmalade.
2 tablespoons
dijon mustard.
Whole cloves.
Method:

Preheat
oven to 200C.

Place ham
into a large baking dish.

Cut
through the rind about 10cm from the shank
end of the leg. Run thumb around edge of
ride, just underneath the skin to remove,
leave a 1/4 inch layer of fat on the ham.

Score the
top and sides of the ham, creating a diamond
pattern.

Combine
the glaze ingredients into a bowl & brush
the ham with approximately half the glaze.

Place a
clove in the centre of each diamond until
the entire ham is studded with cloves.

Place ham
in the oven on the bottom shelf. Bake for
approximately 60 minutes basting
occasionally until the remainder of the
glaze is used up.

Serve
either hot or cold.
