Arrabiata
Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cloves of
garlic, peeled & thinly sliced 2 tablespoons
olive oil 1 800g can of tinned tomatoes 2 chillies,
finely chopped 1/3rd cup chopped
parsley (to garnish) Salt and
pepper (to taste) 400g penne
Method:

Heat the
olive oil in a saucepan and add the garlic
and chillies. Cook over a low heat until the
garlic is golden brown, stirring
occasionally.

Add the
tomatoes and season with salt & pepper. Cook
for approximately 30 minutes, until the
sauce is thick.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large
saucepan in boiling salted water until al
dente.

Serve
immediately and top with chopped parsley.
